Sources say that Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling will let his wife Shelly negotiate the sale of their team. But newly released details reveal that if Shelly hadn't found out about Sterling's very public relationship with V. Stiviano, Sterling might still be sitting in his court side seat, watching his team play from under his round, dark sunglasses. ESPN reports that Shelly is in the midst of negotiating the sale of the Clippers for her and her husband, though the NBA has to accept whatever agreement she comes to. In April, Shelly reportedly sued Stiviano for allegedly coercing money and cars out of her husband. Facing pressure from Shelly, text messages obtained by the Times between Stiviano and a Clippers employee demonstrate that Sterling started to pull back on the gifts to Stiviano.

About Jason Johnson
One garbage human -- Donald Trump -- decided to comment on another garbage human -- Donald Sterling -- and it was terrible. None of this is surprising. Sterling, a super-rich real estate developer who owns the Los Angeles Clippers, was caught on tape making vile racist comments about black people -- including telling his then-girlfriend, V. Stiviano, not to bring black friends to Clippers games, defending racism as "the culture" while saying he didn't care to change it, and threatening to get a new "girl" if Stiviano continued to challenge his racism. I read part of the transcript and it was ridiculous.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is intent on moving quickly in dealing with the racially charged scandal surrounding Clippers owner Sterling. Stiviano other than that she is at the center of a scandal involving Clippers owner Donald Sterling. The year-old Los Angeles resident is being sued by Sterling's wife and has been identified as the woman heard on an audio recording of a racist diatribe attributed to the Clippers' owner. With the NBA set to address the allegations against Sterling at a news conference Tuesday, Stiviano remains a key figure in a scandal that started out on the websites TMZ and Deadspin and has since drawn the attention of league officials, sports stars who are calling for sanctions against Sterling, and President Barack Obama.
TMZ has obtained shocking audio of the Los Angeles Clippers owner berating his girlfriend with a racially driven diatribe after Stiviano posted a picture to her Instagram with Lakers legend Magic Johnson. Ironically, Stiviano herself is half black, half Mexican. Previously sued by the federal government for housing discrimination against minorities, NBA legend Elgin Baylor also sued for discrimination.
